Golf course irrigation project set to begin in mid-January ANDREWS – A $1.64 million project for a new irrigation system at the county golf course will begin in two weeks following commissioners court action on Monday. The court officially approved a contract with Heritage Links of Houston for the installation of the irrigation system. Andrews County Parks Director Justin Cheyne said the present irrigation system is 50 years old and lacking in many aspects.
