AHS graduate returns home to begin his medical career ANDREWS – Dr. Robert Vasquez is homegrown — he’s an Andrews High graduate who returned to begin his professional career at Permian Regional Medical Center. Vasquez officially starts his OB/GYN practice with PRMC on Aug. 12. PRMC CEO Russell Tippin said the local hospital entered an agreement with Vasquez several years ago that provided a stipend for him and will also help reduce his student loans.
