Two Dawson County veterans participated in the most recent Texas South Plains Honor Flight to Washington, D.C. Special Forces Green Beret Glenn Hogg and Navy Senior Chief Garland Stueart spent Sept. 15-17 in the U.S. Capital and visiting memorials in nearby Virgina.
