Implementation of the 2018 Farm Bill and the future outlook for cotton production will be the main focus of discussion at the annual meeting of the Lamesa Cotton Growers organization. That meeting is slated to begin at 9 a.m. this coming Tuesday at the LeeRoy Colgan Community Building along South Houston Avenue in Lamesa.
