The Culpepper and Merriweather Circus will have performances in Lamesa this coming Monday. Show times are scheduled for 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. at the Lamesa softball park along South 9th Street in Forrest Park. The circus is sponsored by the Optimist Club of Lamesa. Residents may go by the softball field to watch the circus raise its big tent between 9:30 and 10 a.m. Monday. Advance tickets cost $12 for adults and $7 for children and seniors.
