Monday is the last day to turn in the Summer Reading Club Blackout Bingo cards to the Dawson County Public Library. Those entered in the SRC will get extra entry forms for the grand prizes with those blacked out cards. Blackout cards turned in after the 6th do not get extra forms, but still receive special prizes.

Crisis services will be provided to those affected by COVID-19 through a program offered by West Texas Centers, the mental health authority for a 23-county region in rural West Texas that includes Dawson County.
Father Joseph Kurumbel is leaving his ministry at St. Margaret Mary Catholic church in Lamesa to return to his home in Kerala, India.
