Grandparents’ Day isn’t a holiday on most people’s calendars. But it is a recognized event at local elementary schools.Each year, students at South and North elementary schools put on their best behavior for a sit-down meal with their grandparents in the school cafeteria.That luncheon didn’t happen last year due to COVID-19 restrictions.
