An unexpected family emergency has resulted in the cancelation of this coming Monday’s “Backyard Homesteading Class.”“It will just be skipping this coming Monday and then it will pick back up,” said Nicole Singleton, Family and Community Health Agent.The free six-week course series, hosted by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service Dawson County, began Sept. 19 with the topic of raising chickens.
