Eva Doyle has seen a world war, the first man to walk on the moon, the Berlin Wall fall and now a global pandemic. Born Aug. 26, 1920 in Roscoe, Eva soon will be celebrating her 100th birthday. She is Borden County’s oldest resident. At a young age, Eva moved with her family to New Moore. On Dec. 30, 1936 Eva married the love of her life, Garland Doyle. Eva and Garland moved to Borden County in 1942. Soon after, they moved to a farm near the Mesquite school house where Eva currently resides. It was there that all three of Eva’s children,
