Paisley Cooper of Lamesa and Cody Kelch of Leander have announced their engagement and upcoming wedding plans.Cooper is the daughter of Dan and Layne Cooper and Tina Knight. She is the granddaughter of Ronnie and Joye Payton, Alice Harper and the late Jerry Harper and Roy D. Cooper, all of Lamesa.The bride-to-be graduated from Klondike High School in 2015 and from Texas Tech University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Communications.
