SEMINOLE – When Gaines County resident Julie Carter told Katya Lukash of Berdyansk Akosa, Ukraine, that the Sentinel wanted to do a story of what’s happening in her country, Katya was quick to respond. “Tell them the Citizens of Ukraine are peaceful people. Putin told his people (the Russians) their mission was to save/ rescue Ukrainian people from their president. That is fake.”
