SEMINOLE – Seagraves resident Kendra Sellers has a vested interest in the Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Walk in Lubbock Aug. 6, and for a good reason. Her son, Case Clark, was 22 years old when he was killed by a drunk driver on March 22, 2022. The annual event is used to raise awareness in an effort to end drunk driving.
BROWNFIELD – It’s no secret Brownfield has a stray dog problem. Strays have been a big problem here in town for a long time.
SNYDER – Adam Alaniz is the new principal for Snyder High School and has been in education for 26 years and administration for eight years. Alaniz said the more time he spends in Snyder, the more he enjoys it.
After a season which saw them spend part of the season ranked among the top 10 Class 1A teams in the state, a handful of Borden County sluggers have been honored on the Bell/Texas Sport Writers Association Class 1A All-State Baseball Team.
