My husband left this world in November. I miss him every day, in every way. Of course I do. I had someone tell me it would be weird if I wasn’t sad right now. She was right.
Lamesa High School has blessed my life for the last three years with the chance to join their incredible academic growth, exciting construction & inspiring success. I write this with a lump in my throat because while I am excited about retiring to an LCU professorship to grow aspiring teachers and principals, leaving is truly bittersweet, as my time here in Lamesa has rekindled my hope and passion for educating students and improving the future of West Texas and America.
