On March 13, 2020 the Supreme Court of Texas and the Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas issued the First Emergency Order Regarding the COVID-19 State of Disaster. From that date through May 26, 2020, the Supreme Court of Texas has issued 16 additional Emergency Orders Regarding the COVID-19 State of Disaster. In compliance with the Orders of the Supreme Court of Texas, the 106th Judicial District Court has not held any in-person hearings since March 13, 2020.
