The Dawson County Public Library featured all things Egyptian on Tuesday morning during its Summer Reading Program. The children dressed as mummies, King Tut, Cleopatra and walked like an Egyptian as part of the fun activities. Next Tuesday, the children will receive a visit from local firefighters. The participants are asked to dress as a fireman or first responder. On Thursday, the teenagers will meet at 2 p.m. in the Library Meeting Room where they will learn some Zumba moves.
