Four charged in felony indictments by grand jury

Felony indictments issued against four different individuals by a Dawson County Grand Jury have been made public by officials with the 106th District Court here.

Charged in those indictments are:

* Jeremiah Dwight Gaither, age 29, possession of between one and four grams of cocaine, a controlled substance, enhanced by three prior felony convictions on drug charges in Lubbock County;

* Joseph Paul Jones, age 19, theft of less than $20,000 worth of copper wire from Automated Controls

* Adam Reynolds, age 17, burglary of a building and engaging in organized crime with three other individuals in connection with an April 30 burglary of First United Methodist Church; and

* April Sanchez, age 19, theft of over $1,500 in currency from United Supermarket and Claiborne’s Supermarket.
