Annual Area Breakfast will be held Friday morning
Published on: Jul 28, 2010 Lamesa businesses and the Lamesa Area Chamber of Commerce will host their 38th Annual Area Breakfast this Friday, from 6:30-8:30 a.m., at the Dawson County Senior Citizen’s building located at 611 North Austin Avenue.
The annual “thank you” all-you-can-eat buffet gives the Lamesa business owners a chance to show their appreciation to their customers who take the time to drive in from the surrounding rural areas to shop in Lamesa.
Door prizes will be awarded throughout the morning with the grand prize raffle of a 42-inch Zenith Class Plasma HDTV highlighting the giveaways.
Tickets for the raffle are $5 each and may be purchased at the Chamber of Commerce office, Sears, from any Chamber board member and several area businesses.
Those purchasing a ticket need not be present to win the grand prize.
Former Chamber executive vice-president Larry Allison will perform emcee duties at the breakfast.
